My (limited) understanding of Chrome OS is that it should run most Chrome Browser extensions, especially ones that just modify the page like Steamgifts Plus. Have you tried installing the Chrome extension? Also, you could try getting the Tampermonkey extension and installing it into there, if the Chrome OS is refusing to install a 3rd-party extension.
