No logging, cheap prices, many servers to choose from, high bandwidth and low latency. While I wouldn't trust no-logging part too much, I've been using it for several months now with no problems. One of the cheapest VPN services as well.

I prefer Hola, it's much faster. And it has unlimited data for free.

I've never used tunnel bear but I have hola as an addon for firefox and it works amazingly for me. I don't get things like hulu or netflix here, and considering how typically slow my countries internet is, I haven't had any trouble at all with it yet lol.
