France gets a bad rep because of World War 2. France played a really large part of World War 1 and lost millions of people. By the time WW2 came around, they really didn't have an army left. It was either surrender or lose a fight they couldn't possibly win.

If he really is 15 years old then I guess he must be special (if you know what I mean with it) because when I was 15 I didn't beg for games or lie to some random stranger (well, if someone random asked me something private I did but just because I didn't want to tell my personal information). You're a naive idiot. 99.9% of these guys always ask for CSS. They do so because they want it to be able to trade off / sell for a small amount of cash to someone who most likely will use it for hacking on a fresh, disposable account. Why else do almost all these guys say the exact same "I am 15 and french" bullshit and try to use google translate to fool people? Most of them are adult russian scam artists looking to make a quick buck.
