Steam store help

I've just tried adding steam funds through my credit card and I keep getting error, something like credit card holder declined request.
I used to get that when I don't have money on credit card, but right now, while I'm not sure if I have enough money (but I'm like 90% sure I do), I'm still getting it.
So I'm wondering if anyone else is expiriencing this, if not, I'll have to add more money. xD

Call your bank and maybe they'll know something about the situation. I also had similar issues in the past. You never know...

I used to use paypal, but, they blocked my account for "selling illegal stuff on website", I neither sell stuff, nor I have website.

Give time and try to avoid Steam Rush Buy hours since servers can do that when overloaded...
