Within how many days steamgifts support respond?

I send them a ticket about fake negative reputation that very bother me.

4 days passed and I got no answer, does someone know within how many days they respond?

I think they're not going to respond. I'm waiting more than a week already, but no response. I have a negative feedback for nothing too, tired of waiting answer from support. Just give him a negative feedback too, that's the only solution.

Don't do that. The staff here are all volunteers, they do this in their free time, and there are a bunch of stupid tickets that people send every day that keeps them from reaching the important ones. Just wait some more and reply to it.

So how many days i must wait? I want my negative feeback's removed until winter sale, because i will want to trade and 3 negative's doesn't look good for my reputation. I've got one for a scammer, another one from some idiot with a bunch of negative's and a third one because he didn't like my offer, he thought it's too low.
