This new bundle "gives a hand" to charity. I heard the graphics will be topnotch but the acting/ voice acting are not that good. They also promised something good for hardcore fans. There will be slow and fast paced content. You might even recognize some actors. Some say it might suck but they are surprisingly ok w/ it.

a) They show paypal as payment method, but in the checkout paypal is not in

You're trying to buy the full 1st bundle, correct? Their german translation is horrible. By "einmalige Gebühr" they mean the price for the bundle, you can check that by trying to buy the mini bundle and using a custom amount.
The Paypal thing is weird, I agree. Giropay doesn't seem to work either and Sofortüberweisung needs 1 EUR, not 1 USD minimum amount.
