What kind of SG user are you?
I like to give out games, whenever I have the chance, because it's truly awesome the kick you get when you actually win something. Giving others that "kick" out of the blue is always a good feeling too :)

I think there are very few options to choose, I'm not represented. Even if only considering the giving and winning, still not represented.

Like between those two:
- I get the cheapest games and deals because I only care about CV to increase my odds.
- I like to keep things fair by contributing at least as much as I receive or a little more.
But also other uses related to the forum.

I think it is written in humoristics manner. Wealth certainly has an impact on how much one can share but I do not consider it to be the main factor. Poor people can be generous and rich people can be selfish. It is not confined to the one's wealth.

When I first signed up on here, read the FAQ then made a giveaway<at the time the game wasn't bundled>
I started to enter any giveaway but after I won my first one, I thought myself what's the point of entering giveaways to games I don't like/won't play so I stopped doing that.
I do like to give but lately I kinda slowed down on that and also not entering giveways as much as I used to.

Honestly, I'm more a giver than a receiver. Yeah, I enter giveaways, true. And while it's fair to contribute because of a win, I wasn't really recognizing myself in that answer. I choose the I give and make people happy. I'm happy with that.... well, I'm less happy when I have to chase them on Steam to make sure they received the mail after a week but still...

Well, when I'm in that financial situation that I can afford giving away, I really do. I mostly give away because, why not? I'm mostly promoting other stuff in my giveaways, and CV is just a nice plus.

For open giveaways, I usually go with a cheap steam game or a leftover gift from trading. Group and the like giveaways I'll do something like an on sale AAA game. I only recently became active (past month) but have won 5 games that I enjoyed and will enjoy playing very much

I give away bundle stuff I don't want and I usually win bundle stuff someone else doesn't want. Win win. :)

There area ton of users on SteamGifts. A lot of people are here to win free stuff, some people are here to give and get, and very few people just want to give. If asked the question of which group you are in, I bet most people would claim to be givers for the most part.
So the question is what kind of SG user are you? Will you answer truthfully or just live the lie?
