what if made option for GV only to wishlisted
and people who enter this gv will not able to enter any other gv for a day/week/some time
it will make this gv more valuable and will be less fake entries

If I am reading this right, you can use SGTools to make custom rules that the user must have had the giveaway wishlisted before the giveaway date.

As far as not entering other giveaways, why would anyone want that?

to have more chanses to win, coz not everyone will enter gv

The first suggestion sounds cool. I think it's an available option in sgtools giveaways.
The second suggestion is probably the worst idea I've ever heard.

there must be some harder way to enter wishlisted games
coz there is possibility on steam add all games to wishlist

SGTools lets you set a custom rule requiring users to only have a certain number of games wishlisted.

Made one giveaway in 3 years (and none in the past year), but is concerned about the value of giveaways so much, that he wants to ban entrants for weeks from all other GAs. Makes sense.

Giveaway creators can already do "wishlisted" giveaways with SGTools, it's not that necessary.
And why should people be stopped from entering other giveaways? If you want better odds join groups.

If you want "more chances" to win a wishlisted game, that's not the solution to be honest. Some people think the more you give the more chances you get, because if you increase your level there will be "less entries".

Or like they said, join some groups (Most private groups won't want you, tho -Because of your ratio-) Your last GA was over a year ago, and I'm pretty sure you did it to level up.

To be fair that's probably the main reason for most of us to create giveaways

There is any other reason? o.0

I can imagine a few other reasons being brought up in a discussion but if they're being rational or just rationalizing is up for debate. I'm open to the idea that there are truly altruistic people in the world but I've yet not seen any convincing evidens for this :P

I actually like the idea ... sort of.

I only enter for stuff in my wishlist for the most part ... and having someone who actually wanted the game you are giving win it , is nice feeling .

That said , that would just make the leechers just have a MASSIVE wishlist full of random games they dont have any interest in just for the higher chance to win something , idle it for the cards and forget it exist >.>
