It is not about problems. It is about the calculation of their prices. While e. g. Fanatical or HumbleBundle are companies which have to pay a lot of people - also the devs for their keys, the grey market is more a market place where mostly one person sells a bunch of keys. So they can be cheaper.

Depends on what you call legal. The site itself is legal, but the sellers often sell illegal gathered keys - and that makes the whole thing risky, let alone the morally aspect.
Besides that, illegal doesn't mean that they would be closed. Some things are legal in some countries which are illegal in other countries - or these countries doesn't care enough.

Anyone know if the Kingdom Come: Deliverance has separate codes for the DLC or is it all just one key with the base game? I was wondering if I could buy the bundle and keep the DLC for myself (cuz I'm a selfish jerk) and then do a GA for the base game.

The selection looks really good (some also in my wishlist) but beside that price for 3 games when the latest Choice is just out, we can easily count on most of those to be eventually available at a lower price. I'll rather wait out to for one of those "3 for 9.99" BYOB at least.

Just when ya thought the Platinum Collection Build Your Own Bundle 7 for $20 was the highest it can go, they break out the Diamond Collection Build Your Own Bundle 5 for $22. Or you can go super shiny with the 10 for $40.

At ~$5 per game, easy pass for me with a large game library
If I had a small game library though, I would recommend:
EVERSPACE Ultimate - Space combat 6DOF adventure roguelite. I found it more enjoyable than the average roguelite thanks to inter play progression and more story than most roguelites. Encounters DLC adds some challenges and items that add to gameplay.
Little Big Workshop - A decent workshop management sim with basic supply chain elements. Not for me since I'm not into most management sims anymore, but fans of the genre should like it.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Mideval immersive sim RPG gets much praise. I haven't played it yet.
