About Giveaways.

So me and my friend really love Dota 2, and now there's a problem, i own game already, but he's not that lucky to get key/gift.

And my question is. Is it allowed if i take the same giveaway and if i win(won't happen in near future) can i give the key to my friend or is it restricted, that winner has to activate game by himself?

You won't be allowed to enter DOTA 2 Giveaways as it exists in your account.

Don't enter for games you already own.
You must redeem the game on the account you entered with, and may not trade it to others.
Members may only enter for their own account for games they do not already own.

So too for bad for your friend, no.
