Samorost2 is pretty good, but could be spent on better things. Hydrophobia isnt the best of games but I found it an interesting experience and easily worth a buck. Both are short though, hydrophobia took me about 3 hours and samorost about 1.

Blocks That Matter is a great game. I've also heard that Dungeons of Dredmor is great and it has been known to go on sale for around $1.50. Oh and Toki Tori is also nice.

I would go with Hydrophobia because the water is so beautiful <3

The platforming is fun, the story is adequate but the shooting parts are garbage :P

Samorost, but instead of the ones on your list, I would choose Noitu Love 2 (dunno its price in $, but here it's 1,59€).

Hydrophobia was really cool and for 1€ it's a steal.

I have $1.69 in steam wallet, I browsed a few indie games and decided to buy The Binding of Isaac for just $1.24!

However, steam purchase is taking forever to load and I see you have already bought bab5 ;)
