One of the "advantages" of buying bundles, I guess -- I sync every time I buy one.
So yeah, just a little over a day for me. :X

for me just a few hours :)

I think the longest time I've been unsynced has been... two days?
And yes, it just happened during this "crysis" - I have the habit to sync every time I log, as well as every time I win and/or activate something.
Am I being too paranoid?

I'm used to multiple syncs/day but now it was a day ago. :-)

Usually syncing after every activation. Instead of it I searched for giveaways of the games (current or archive) to hide them.
