i´m pretty sure that all of you who play those artifex mundi games will find this and want to recommend them - here is the newest one:

Grim Legends 2

Good Luck ^^

Try Sinister City and Alchemy Mysteries, these aren't Artifex-mundi quality, but they are pretty cool. Sinister City has an absurd story, I think that's why it has bad reviews, but I liked it :p

Also check Midnight Mysteries (1, 2, 3 and 4).

And of course, all of the Artifex Mundi games.

Sinister City is so buggy. OMG. I gave up playing it. The hidden objects would randomly go unclickable, and then there'd be no way to proceed.

I do like Alchemy Mysteries though. The way they set up their rooms was quite refreshing.

Weird, I had no issues with Sinister City, but I see a lot of people did have problems with it. Maybe it was updated when I played it, I don't know :/

Hero of the Kingdom turned out to be a nice surprise for me. It's a different kind of Hidden Object from the usual "pretty picture + shopping list" set-up, but it's still Hidden Object in its own way. Those egg/mushroom hunts can take a while.

EDIT: And then there's Melissa K. and the Heart of Gold. The Hidden Object aspect of it is kinda mediocre, sometimes bordering on frustrating even, (and the devs outright said they don't know how to fix the infamous 5 broken achievements if that bothers you,) but it has many other rather original mini-game ideas and game-play elements to make up for it.

will take a look at hero of the kingdom. I started playing Melissa K. and the heart of gold and stopped after an hour and a half, don´know why, but i just didn´t like it.

Melissa K just doesn't explain where to go too well, because of the way it sets up its map. I'd end up spamming the hint button every other step. That was the frustrating part for me.

I don't play a lot of of HOGs but I was charmed by the setting and story of Where Angels Cry, loosely based on one of my favorite novels, The Name of the Rose.
