help, i cant make hamachi work

im triying to make hamachi work but everytime i run it it says "failed to connect to engine" and then i do all that stuff that people tell me to do on other places, start services.msc, go to logmein hamachi tunnenling engine and initiate it, but after i run it it trows yet another error, saying windows coulnt start the services on the local pc. error 1053: the service didint respond on time.

now the problem is, everyone jsut stops explaning after initiate logmein hamachi engine, nobody really says how to solve the 1053 error.
