How do I Contribute?

I have recently completed an 'Awsomenaughts' giveaway and the winner has received the game, does this now mean that i can enter giveaways which require a contribution, if so i can't. If that isn't the case, how do i contribute so i can enter those giveaways?

You're supposed to be a contributer of 9.99 now. You can't join contributer giveaways of more than that.
