take all the evidence you have to steamrep.com links silly provided, that's where the enhanced steam extension gets the Scammer notifications from. im not honestly sure you have a complete open and shut case, thats for steamrep people to decide though. its no good here though tbh. sorry this all happened to you. =(

If I understand your description of the events correctly, this started with him transferring money to you by accident. You paid him back and then he tries to reverse the original money transfer. My question is: Is he aware that you paid back the money you should never have received?

People at trade thread alway receive family and friend method only because in this way the payment wouldn't be charged back easily. Since it was his 1st time using Paypal, he went with Goods method by accident (and it was on Sep.20)

Then you might need to change the description. I was reading it this way:
1) He made a transfer that should not have been made
2) You paid back the money without notifying him
3) He tries to claim back the money transferred by accident, not knowing he had gotten it back already

May I suggest reporting him on harpoongaming too? They review cases much faster than steamrep and if he gets banned on harpoongaming, the scammer mark will appear on his steamrep profile too. Other than that, try reporting him on steam too.

Nice. Compared to steamrep, just see how faster they are in checking reports. Still, the best option would be to report him in both sites, but steamrep always takes ages, if not eternity, to check a report.

Noooo, trading is awesome. ^_^ Thanks to trading, I got games and money. If I wasn't trading, my library would have max 10 games. xD Trading used to be a lot better in the past, but with all these rules nowadays and the more expensive prices, it became harder.
