Do we get suspended if we win same game within a short amount of time (or atleast 8 hrs <--time im at school)? Do I just tick recieved for first one and then contact 2nd one and tell to reroll?

only if you accept both and regift/sell one.

just contact the 2nd and ask them to reroll since you just won

so basically just do exactly what you were going to

link just scared cos of this, he got double banned even tho he couldnt even get his first key after first ban, then another even tho he cant even see whether he won!

He said he got suspended even though he couldnt acces his computer for 5 days (not yet 7) so this happend

Doesn't matter. If you mark a giveaway as Received, it means that you received the game AND activated it. If you fail to activate them, you'll receive a suspension. Period.

The fact remains that, by whatever method, he still knowingly marked multiple wins for the same game as received.

What I don't really understand here is why you're so tenaciously championing his cause? The site is surely a significantly better place without people like this.

From what I can see out of that, that user got suspended twice for failing to activate the game, twice.

You need to activate all your wins on your account. If you win it again, you need to give it back to the gifter and ask him to request a reroll. Otherwise, you're going to face suspensions for each offense you committed.

Per the site rules and FAQ:

  • Don't trade, sell, resubmit, or give away games you win.
  • Winnings must be redeemed on the winning account
