I just won my first game. It was the HIB #2. But steam says the code has already been redeemed. Would someone kindly remove the win for i did not recieve it. Thank you.

mark the gift as not received and report the person who started the giveaway to a mod.

Nothing happens to the person, happened to me months ago without any action. The guys who did my giveaway has 5 wins now ... sounds legit, doesnt it?

Nobody knows, I mentioned it several times in the Forums and Mods posted in the same Thread but they didn't bother to reply to my posts.

If you check my won giveaway's you'll find his profile. He is around 65% received gifts, only by giving away some HIB #3 recently ...

Email the SG support e-mail and they'll remove your win.

I won TF2 a while back but it turned out to be a 3 day guest pass, so I e-mailed SteamGifts and they corrected my win record after a week or so.

You can mark it as not received at any time, after 7 days have passed since the giveaway ending.

u gotta wait the 7 days before clicking the not received. But instead of just waiting pls do yourself a favor and send a email explaining what happen here. this will make things faster ;)
