Since I remember people wanting Killer Instinct (XBOne) on PC, some good news for you

As long as they keep the option to buy bigger packs at reasonable price, it's not too bad. (like the Combo Breaker & Ultra Edition packs).
As is, you can get a 16-character fighting game for 40 bucks (as characters get released), twice the price for the deluxe Ultra Edition gives you ports of the previous 2 Killer Instinct arcade games, costumes & other cosmetic stuff.

That's pretty much on par with other fighting games..

A fighting games series that was originally for Nintendo systems in the 90s. Made by Rare. It was most recently revived by Microsoft, as a free game, though with additional characters beyond Jago (just the standard fighting game grunt) requiring purchase.

I played with Orchid and the wolf guy on the Gameboy version.

I don't think I tried online multiplayer outside of the Skullgirls beta. Its sad.
