Steam keys, can I make a giveaway?

Hey,

I have some spare Steam keys left from Groupees.com/bemine action and my question is, can I create a giveaway for the keys I have left?

Be Mine Indie Bundle:

Do not submit a Groupees Bundle while they are being sold.

As a result of the Be Mine offering a giftable URL option, we will allow this bundle to be submitted.

Do not submit individual keys from this bundle.

You CAN give them away in the forums or stuff like that tho. Just don't create an actual giveaway requiring points, be it private, puzzle, any type of giveaway requiring POINTS.
