To be honest, who DOESN'T have this game yet? And why doesn't Valve just release it in open beta already? It's one of the most played games on Steam at the moment. And capacity doesn't have anything to do with it.

Lol I remember previous Dota 2 key giveaways on this site were ending in less than 5min because ppl took all keys very fast, I remember ppl took a lot of Dota 2 keys by creating a lot of accounts and after got a lot of good games for free by trading, GOOD TIMES :D, but now......hahaha no one need it, and 99% of ppl who get some keys already have the game.
