Win10 help. System_thread_Exception_not_handled

Hey guys already have submit a topic here I think about this problem, but didn't get any reply that helped, can somenoe tell me what could be the problem? I tried everything, from upgrading drivers to formating HDD and even fixing bootmngr, sfc/scannow, unplugging all USB devices. When I try to boot from USB it shows me the win10 logo, then this: http://imgur.com/3Pb5ykC and restarts. I am currently using win7 SP1, model: ASUS X50SL, 2 gb ram, 2 duos. I remember befoer I had win8 installed, and everything was fine, but then I moved to win7 and when I tried moving back to win8 i got the same error, then tried to win10, same error again ;/ idk what could be the problem, can someone help me? I'll try whatever you advice me.. I'm stuck with win7 forever.. Only win7 installation works
