Any steam items that are not commodity? So I can select user to purchase from.

I'm trying to give a friend like $4 on steam so he can have enough to purchase a game were going to play together, but I can't find a steam item where i can specifically purchase from him. was wondering if anyone know of an item.

edit: just re-read and realized you are only giving him enough extra money for the game, not that the whole game is $4
