1. They think you can create giveaways with points, and the site pays for the game or whatever.
2. They create a fake giveaway because they think the site will give them some sort of credit for it immediately.
3. They create a fake giveaway to get some more points to enter real ones.

Those are my theories on this matter. I think most people lie about creating them accidentally. It sounds much better than "I thought I was gonna get a reward for this" or "I have no clue how this site works".

Are you guys trying to be funny or do you actually believe they did it accidentally ?

Also , one day I'm gonna buy something super valuable and give it away just to watch everyone say its fake and their reaction when a faithful soul actually receives it.

Why don't we implement a few features to combat this. When someone registers for the site, lay out the rules in a simple and easy to read manner. Then, have a short quiz to make sure they actually read them instead of scrolling down to click "agree".

I did it today, I thought I had a key, but i checked and it was used. Wrote the support and they removed it which im thankful for.

We should just stop removing them. Leave them up. The person either gets banned, or buys a game for their stupidity.
