I don't understand this item i unpacked it and it disappeared o.O
What is it and what does it do ??

It's for that FreetoPlay Game War Thunder http://store.steampowered.com/app/236390/.

When you unpacked it, it was added to your steam account (you won't see it anywhere but ingame).
I don't know what it is exactly, but my guess would be some decal you can put on your plane.
