Ratio and rule breaking get you very easily to peoples blacklists, not to mention bringing the attention to yourself...

You do realize, this thread will gather unwanted attention and make more people look at you which may make them blacklist you for ratio.

When a person wants the winner to have a certain level, ratio or whatever, they can implement it in their giveaway. I'm new and even I know about it.

When you allow a person to win, let them get all happy about it and then refuse them their gift because you don't like their haircut, that's rude. Plain and simple.

Ratio, I can understand but if that was a major point I think SG would by now have a rule or options about that. I think this has been discussed to an end, if you want to give just do but don't act up if you get nothing in return from every single person.
