Won TeraBlaster... twice. What now?

3 days ago I won TeraBlaster and forgot to sync my account (anyways, my profile is always public). Now I just won another copy of the same game and the key is in my Won list (didn't used it). What must I do now?

I know, that's my fault. Can I ask for a reroll? How?

Ask the ga creator to reroll

You can also create your own support ticket to asking to reroll

Support can't grant the winner a reroll. At least that's what 1 Support told me when I asked myself.

Of course it can.
I have won something for the 2nd time and the creator got a reroll.

Write in the Ga that you already won the game and ask them to reroll.

You can also create an other Ga ticket saying you need the ga to be rerolled.

Un pequeño consejo, para la próxima cuando ganes y/o actives un juego, trata de revisar los sorteos a los que has entrado para sacar las entries a los que ya tienes. 3 días de diferencia entre uno y otro es suficiente como para haberlo hecho :/

Y hazle caso a lo que dice TreeB, es lo único que puedes hacer :)

Siempre sincronizo apenas activo el juego ganado (lo cual me retira automáticamente de todos los sorteos del mismo juego). Esta vez se me pasó, grave error mío.

Yo tenía entendido que una sincronización no te retira de los sorteos, y que había que hacerlo manualmente (pero puedo estar equivocado)
