Even though 2K Shooter pack has the best value, I would have to agree.
There's already enough Bioshocks and DNF is eh. Crazy Action delivers 2 great & desirable games - Borderlands & Darkness II, whereas I feel the others only really deliver one. Of course, there will always be leechers who will want anything :). 2K Shooter was probably the most bought so I feel like the CAP provides the most variety. :)

+1! Although I own both BioShocks, I would love a shot at Spec Ops: the Line. If you're breaking it up to 2/3 giveaways, I vote Desert to Sea so 2/3 people can get new games. Else, I'll just vote for Spec Ops: the Line.
