Won dlc already owned

So I won a DLC that I already owned.
I let the Gifter know that I already own the DLC, I have now hidden so it won't show up again and that I am sorry can they please re-roll.
It has been nearly two weeks and the gifter has not re-rolled, they have actually blacklisted me.
I contacted support to ask for a re-roll, but they said the gifter has to re-roll.

What should I do?

Mark as Not Received and move on, supposing -of course- the key hasn't been used.
The negative mark may prompt the gifter to actually proceed with the requested re-roll. If they choose to contact support and ask for a positive feedback, there is evidence (I guess) that you asked for the re-roll.

Mark as not received and move on ... And also consider checking if you already own the stuff you are hoarding >.>

Thanks for the feedback, I will mark as not received and will be more careful to check if I own the DLC before entering.
