Could someone check a giveaway, please?

Hey guys, since I am new I am not going to report anyone/anything to not make a mistake. But the Orange Box giveaway that I wanted to enter (http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/Kf92m/the-orange-box) seems a bit suspicious. I looked into the profile of the author and the Orange Box in it has a "non-tradable" status on my side. Also some users in the comments were warning that this person was banned before. While I might just be ignorant and not understand the situation fully, I would appreciate, if someone could check whether this giveaway could potentially create problems. Thanks a lot!

Non-tradeable =/= he isn't going to give you the win. You can still send it as a gift.

If it isn't tradable, doesn't mean it is fake. It usually means it is still gift-able.

Ah... ok I always thought non-tradable = non-giftable (only good for personal usage of the owner). Thanks - I'll know this for the future than. :)
