Ended up buying T2. I wanted T1 because I backed Snarf Quest with a token pledge, and I'm always interested in how Kickstarter games turn out. Then I noticed Algotica, and figured it's a good game to inflict on my kids. There's also Sakura Fantasy, which I will likely never play, but it still gives me some perverse pleasure to own. :) And I might try A Pixel Story and Langoth. All in all, looks like a decent bundle.

HH will be more then both of those figures. the 3.99 was supposed to be the first 24 hour "introductory price" but it lasted 48hours instead.
edit: and as far as when it will begin, nobody really knows. likely not until wed-fri of next week though.

Very, very unlikely it'll be in the first 6 days of the bundle starting.
Most bundles have their first HH 7-9 days after the bundle is first released. Hump bundles are pretty consistent though, so it'll probably be next Wednesday

As d3m4n said, $3.99 is the price when the bundle launched. The $4.19 is the current price (the price always increases after 24/48 hours), and at HH the price will increase further. Probably to $4.99 or around that. But during HH you will get more copies with your purchase, so! After HH the price will go back to $4.19 (for this bundle! Prices vary from bundle to bundle).
Bundles get multiple Happy Hours, and they usually begin 1 week after the bundle launched. So probably next Wednesday/Thursday or around that.

The price in the group buy depends on who you are purchasing from.
But buying the bundle in first week, it allows you to buy 40 gift bundles during HH. We buy the "5 bundle gift" twice, which will give us 40 packs. HH gives 3 bonus gifts for every gift bundle purchased during HH (only if you bought the bundle in the first week).
Final price will be calculated depending on how much the buyer pays (the original bundle price + two of the "5 bundle gifts"), and his/her cut.

Possibly. Some hosts don't like to have many leftover bundles and will only buy however get reserved. Others might buy 40 anyway and keep them to sell later.
It really depends on who you are purchasing from.

There's a "hidden one" here: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/groupbuys/discussions/0/133262487491895119

As Alphabetsoup said, the timer on the page is for the whole duration of the bundle. That timer (on OP's picture) is 13 days, 19 hours, 23 minutes etc.
There's no timer for how long the Happy Hours lasts. They normally last for a day. Gets shifted with the new set of HH for other bundles. They shift it around 11-12 am European time normally.
The bundles, which have HH, have multiple HH in case someone misses out. Also sometimes a bundle has a HH which lasts for two days! But mosty that's only in the weekend.

Actually, HH is generally for about one day until tomorrow's round of HH.
The 13:XX:XX:XX on the front page is 13 days and the time left on the bundle.
