I don't think the 10% is for the monthly subscription, i think is is only for store purchases?

You can't trade or gift discount coupons on Humble, you can only earn them by buying whichever tier of whichever standard bundle.
If you bought a bundle recently, you should have your coupon in the coupon category of your account.
Keep in mind that usually they gift only coupons for new entries: if you bought a monthly before, that kind of coupon will be useless. (I said "usually" because once they gave a coupon for recurring customers, but it happened only once.)

You have 2 options both valid only if you never bought a monthly before:
-Wait for a bundle you are interested in, buy it and then get the monthly;
-Wait for the last week, buy 1$ tier of a bundle and then buy the monthly. Notice that you will pay $10.80 + $1.00 = $11.80, still lower than the full $12 price.

Seconding. My only worry is it could be a shoddy bundle otherwise if XCOM2 stays listed at $60 because it's going to eat most of the budget.

Same here, says it won't unlock until Feb 3rd 2017.

Have you guys just subscribed/re-subscribed? Maybe they're having higher demand then keys and priority goes to whos already subscribed? Dunno, just guessing.

At the top of the key page, there's a box that asks you to choose a Steam key or a key for the Windows DRM-free build. Choose one and submit, and I reckon your key will appear.

o the top of the bundle page you have a choice for a steam key or a DRM free version. Choose and you will get the key.
