Wrong game type

I accidentally put the wrong game, in this case Resident Evil™ 5/ Biohazard 5®, it was supposed to be resident evil 5 gold edition. But for some reason the summited ticket to change it hasn't been looked at, for what I can tell. does it really take that long to verify the ticket?

You can delete the GA yourself anytime before it has ended. No support ticket required.

I only realized it after someone mentioned it and the give away ended.. so I wish I could have but can't now
