Now I can see last 4 digits of someones visa and their full e-mail address! From the client, not browser! When I clicked licences I got a list of all the games another random user purchased, with dates and everything.

I just experienced a rather worrying anomaly in steam.
I was using my browser and just browsing the store page, when I noticed that my avatar had changed. Worried that I got hacked, I checked my profile, and found out that I was logged in as another user (someone from South Africa who I had never heard of). Went back to the store page and found myself logged out, but the storepage was in Finnish. Tried to switch back to English and then it was suddenly in Russian. I've been logged in on the steam client as well, and nothing changed there. Same avatar, no messages about someone trying to log in on my account or anything like that.
