New free DLC-episode for "To the Moon"!

I see that this one can be added to Steam account if you click "download game" but the first one can't be added (even though it's also on Steam and some of my friends "have it"). Does anyone know why?

I wonder why they did not add this to the base game, plus build some graphics tweak or maybe just new filter layer, add some hats for characters, rebuilded menu (new colors...)
and then why not call this To The Moon HD or To The Moon Remake or To The Moon Complete? And sell not for 7,99€ but for 11,99€? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Wow just played through this latest episode.

That plot is so good. I supposed we have to wait another year for the next episode now.

They can easily sell these as separate episodic games/DLCs. I can't believe they're doing it for free, for an old game too.
