If I nag them enough, they'll hopefully provide a key for the missing DLC pack or a couple of dollars in store credits.

A lie since they have this in their store.
I replied I wasn't happy and that not delivering what I paid for is, even on such a small scale, fraud.
EDIT: Support offered me a refund for the top tier but I declined as I had already activated some of the keys. But at least, they offered more than a simple apology so all is well.

Couple people have already said that the base game contains all of the DLC except Deluxe. Are you still missing some of them on store page?

They seem to be included in the main game but from the Steam forums:
Well, alot of the stuff like Money Maker, Insurance & Exp are in game.
Those DLC just basically double them again, so it's cheats x2 in a sense.
And to answer your question, looking at the store page, I miss all the DLC except the Deluxe pack, as expected.
Maybe it's just me being anal about but when I get sold a complete edition and only delivered part of it, I just don't like it (but I've moved on)

You misinterpretated said post.
It says there's +money, XP etc ingame but there's a more powerful DLC version that stacks ontop.
But, as stated, these DLC versions ARE available in the main game without the DLC since some update years ago, and they never reverted that, so buying anything aside from the Deluxe Pack is a waste of money :/

Hesitating, that's a lot of DLC's, a lot of money, games I would may play once or twice but that ain't compatible with my computer anyway. Hum... Tier 1, BTA, Tier 3 or keep my money huuuum.

If you like these games, what matters is owning the game first when it's cheap. Computer and equipment can come later

Fun detail, since I won the game here on SG; It comes shipped with all DLC (besides deluxe) so basically buying it's DLC (bar Deluxe) is a waste of your money. Yeeeeeeah.
Anyway, got all bar Neptunia Shooter, so probably doshing out the 1 buck for that. Sure it's been cheaper on Steam but this way no Valve cut and 2 more keys to giveaway... worth it for me.

You don't get the DLC, the basegame includes all DLC.
I got it installed since winning and there have been no updates.
