So

With my Windows 7 key, I can use it for 5 machines, so if i have one on my PC at the moment & then duel boot & upgrade to win10 does that use two of my copies? are the last three copies still able to be used & are still win7?

Upgrade for Volume Licensing users is done through Software Assurance I think. So if you don't pay for SA you might be excluded anyways. But I would contact their support and ask.

While I do agree that Win10 appears to be a giant spyware program (as if Android and iOS doesnt do the same), you can download the link I provided below and activate it at all times to prevent your data from being sent.

As anthonyautumns pointed out, there are programs to stop the whole "spying on you 24/7" stuff. I overall loathe that it's even a thing to begin with and refuse to upgrade to Windows 10, but eh. Whatever. If you can figure out how to set it up how you want it to be setup, then more power to you.

Yup , like DoNotSpy 10 or destroywinspying but they are not 100 % spywareproof. Serously, it would be easier to just let go that useles garbage and stick to working win 7.

Well, that would be true if Windows 7 wasn't spying too.

Well win 7 spyware can be easily switched off sinc eit was added to a operational system while win 10 was a operational system build on spyware.

How are you sure Win 7 is not spying at you in different ways and just switching off programs is a red herring?

Just think...why the heck is windows 10 free? Does microsoft really care about you so that they will give you a free new OS?
I dont think thats the case so i will stick with 7 all the way.
