I had a bunch of stuff in my cart and purchased it (1300ish). It kept saying working then eventually timed out and steam crashed. I assumed it purchased it because my cart was empty. I went to buy more stuff and it wouldn't let me get to the payment page because it said I had another order pending. My purchased history showed the order has pending, its happened to me a few times but usually only takes a few mins to an hour to go through.

It's been a while, so I go to do my other purchase, that cart got emptied too. My order history no longer shows the orders but the money is gone. How tf do I fix that? Usually if an order is pending or has issues they let you retry at the discount price but it's no longer there so I doubt it will. That's a pretty high amount to try again or screw around with.. I've had smaller orders bill me 4-5x and I dont really want steam trying to pill me 5-6k.

Does Steam support ever do anything useful like hinor a steam sale that was missed due to their error?

That's an awful lot of money, i think large orders might be causing issues as almost noone probably does it and the checkout isn't really programmed for it but it's my guess.

And no if something goes wrong, steam does not give you a discount after summer sale.

I've done similar before and it's never been like this. My purcase history doesnt show any of it, but my purchases under support show 15 failed charges for a random game all for, like wtf?
Subtotal CDN$ 6,688.63

if the order has gone through contact support, they are currently investigating why I didn't get a summer sale card on my last purchase even... they will definitely look into why games weren't given and money is taken.

Could be avoided when people didn't prefer to make their purchases on the first and/or last day of the sale. But that would go against all that makes us human ig.

From what I understood you attempted to buy over a thousand items at the same time and the system hard crashed, billed you the full amount, and gave you none of the items? Yeah you'll need to contact support to sort that one out, I wouldn't be surprised if you just pushed their system well beyond what it's intended to handle. No clue if they'll reimburse you the money or give you the stuff you bought tho.
I guess in the future try to not buy that many games at the same time just to be safe, spread it over several transactions if possible.

Have you received any emails in your email, like about a purchase/order or something?

None, nothing about a purchase error, pending purchase or completed purchase

Diablo 4 expansion bundle according to Google. https://www.google.com/search?q=%22CEDAR+-+VOH+CE%22
Weird that "Lolzteam Market" is the only search result coming up. Sounds dodgy as hell, no way I'm going there.
Maybe it's this one. https://store.steampowered.com/sub/1142789/
There's also an old sub, not sold in the Steam store any more: https://steamdb.info/sub/1051323/

You have 72 hours to try and repurchase a failed purchase, I remember seeing this message when I last had problems. I don't know if it only happens on specific errors, but I am sure it still exists at least, whatever the requirements are.
