You will gain an additional slot for every 3 that are marked as received and you will lose one slot for for every not received or deleted giveaway. If you lose a slot for a not received, you are able to get the slot back if you get the winner a working key and they change the feedback to received in the future. If you have a lot of keys to give and you create giveaways on a regular basis, you will have more slots than you need soon enough.

I will close this thread. Group Recruitment is here to promote giveaway groups. And your group was made so you can exchange steam points into some form of monetary equivalent - gems, steam keys, steam gifts or any other things of value. It would both fall under no-trading rule and don't-ask-for-steam-games rule.
