I'd really like to spend some points...

... but i can't, since the site is EXTREMELY LAGGY.

Now, i know that this is probably caused by the influx of so many new people and gifts, but id would be much appreciated if the staff could take care of this problem as soon as humanly possible, since people aren't able to host or enter giveaways as effectively as before (it took me well over 10 minutes just to reach the topic creation screen.

Needless to say, points which could be spent are piling up, and giveaways which could be created aren't because of the whole issue.

well stop hammering F5 and wait half an hour

if you hammer F5 then it only makes the problem worse, multiply that across the active users and the server dies

Maybe we should have some ads to help pay for better hosting. I'm sure people wouldn't mind.

And a donation button for the cause, won't be that bad of an idea either. I'm sure if small percentage of the people over here will just donate one dollar, it will help more than the ads.
