Multiplayer games tend to make me happy that I'm alone because people are awful, so none of those.
Crosscode (which someone else already suggested but I'm also gonna recommend anyway) has really likeable and friendly characters, who almost constantly support the protagonist and feel more like decent human beings than most real people do in multiplayer games.

Kind Words.
Check it out on Steam, it's basically a game which allows you to talk to people about anything with some chill music in the background.

Mabinogi is by far the most unique MMO I have ever played, whether playing solo, with friends or with a guild. Not to mention its addictive as hell. As for single player, The Sims franchise... for obvious reasons. If time is not an issue, you can easily rack up thousands of playing hours with these titles without even realizing it.

Good games, obviously, and please tell why. Quarantine times may be rough for some people.
You can even recommend single player games, since sometimes people can feel less lonely if they read a book, watch a movie or have a good experience with single player games.
