Halp, Valve gave me a game for free

I've been having problems with Steam today and when I had tried to buy Civilization III Complete for like 10th time with PSC, it didn't took my money (didn't even asked for), and gave me the game. I don't want Valve to lose money or ban me. What can I do?

just contact support about it and be honest, most likely if it really didn't charge you then they'll either take it off your account or let you keep it since the mistake was theirs
