Cool quote from the late Sir Terry Pratchett.

Illustrates this song very well.

It's more soulful than fun, but the scene in Bioshock Infinite where the main characters stopped to perform this song, May The Circle Be Unbroken, was just amazing. If I did not cry it was a near thing.

it's on the guardian site and a few others.
and there is an extension to the chrome to see which site has it, quite safe as it doesn't really do anything :)

A surprising pearl of wisdom found in a fighting game of all things, though it's real origin is unknown to me. Gen Fu from Dead or Alive 2 : "I may or may not win, but to lose is the way of the fool". It implies that even in defeat, if you have grown stronger from the experience, then you have not really 'lost' at all. At least, that's I how I interpreted it \:3/

Music? Take your pick of anything from the Touhou series. ZUN has this awesome way with music that makes it both listenable but also live to a strong theme. For instance (this)[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nW93YFbawPU} is a song about a peaceful, haunted area that plays on remorse and frivolity. Or (this)[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiySSc2Yrhg] which is a pretty damn mousy-sounding tune even though it is faster paced to fit the bullet hell genre. Or even (this)[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lmy6rcn_v3A] which is way harder to describe in a nutshell, but encompasses elation, forgiveness and trancendentalism. I just think the theming ZUN does is pretty mind-boggling, even if I'm biased and realise a good portion of the musical significance may be lost if you're not familiar with the setting / characters (which admittedly the games do a poor job of conveying in any single sitting, google and cross-game / extra material stuff required).

I assume Moist von Lipwig says it while fighting the banshee? It's been some time since I read it so I can't remember exactly.
