Bought Vice City from Nuuvem,not avaible in my country,can anyone tell where it can be activated?

i bought

Vice City and GTA II from Nuuvem usually it lets me know if it is not available in my region but this time it did not so only GTA III worked.I thought for a little over 2 bucks it was worth a shot and worse case if it does not activate i could maybe tade it or make a GA.

So does anyone know or can find out if it is Brazil only?or what other regions it can be redeemed?

This should be what you've bought "This item can not be purchased (= activated) in United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Germany, Australia.".
