It's gamble, even if they wouldn't change the chances manually to 0% wins, it would be still a noobtrap, like every gambling ever. They are designed that by chance (or in this case, by setting) the site/house has more income than expenses. Otherwise it wouldn't be there to do the shady stuff. I thought it's common knowledge that nothing good can come from these sites...

It's mostly an interview of the software developer for a few of these sites explaining how they work and the underhanded things that they asked him to put into the system.
I expect most people know better than to use any of those sites, but just in case, sharing this wouldn't hurt.
