BLing people for saying "Thanks" without a warning or reason is kind of dumb and petty.
Some people just want to say "Thanks" and maybe they can't think of anything more to add but are legitimately grateful for your contribution to the site.
I've seen GA that do have a warning to not post thanks unless you win and there is some tool who does it anyway. That's completely warranted for a BL.
My main reason to BL is not marking the gift received and making me have to chase you across the internet/make a ticket to get you to do so.
The other times I've BL'd someone was for making a GA with no intention of giving a key or gift and being an all around ass to other people on the site.
It's a short list but imo valid reasons.
I have no opinion on ratios.

If you make a thread about being blacklisted, and someone actually gives a reasonable answer, your blacklisting will skyrocket because you did just put a big target on yourself.

Inquiring publicly about being blacklisted is generally not a good idea! :P

for me the most reason is, peoples what make multigroup giveaways, with always over 1000 - 3000 entries.

Your ratio, I reckon. I blacklist "bad" winners of my GA's as well...

I wouldn't blacklist you for it but it's super annoying to thank every giveaway you enter. You're spamming the giver with pointless messages. Just thank the ones you win.

People blacklist for literally all possible reasons, and some probably do without any reason at all, lel.
