[Suggestion] Return of some games

After again trying to create a giveaway for "The Ship", because I had forgotten it was taken off the list, I tried to think of all the games I know which should make their return on steamgifts.
As for "The Ship" I believe it hasn't been enough time since it was given away for free to bring it back but for example "Borderlands 2: Headhunter 4: Wedding Day Massacre" should be again allowed to give away. It was free on valentine's day 2013.
Or those games which were given away quiet recently but none of those "free" can't be around anymore because the humblebundle link was time limited. (I have forgotten which games they gave away)
And I'm sure there are many more around which could be brought back on the list.

Because there is still some sort of advantage of giving away non-bunled games, I would suggest taking "Portal 2" off the bundled list. The reason it was on there was some sort of "learn to code" site which gave away some for free a year ago or so. I don't believe many of those copies are still in circulation anymore and taking it off the bundles list would encourage more people to create a giveaway for the wonderful game "Portal 2"

Feel free to comment which games should be returned to the giveaway list because enough time has passed.
