Postal II 4-Pack not available to purchase as a gift

yes, there used to be a trick that allowed you to buy 4 packs, but that was fixed a while back.

Multi-packs on Steam can't be gifted as the idea is that one game goes to your own library and the rest can be gifted.

4 packs are alright if you want game since steam forces you to have 1 activated on steam account that buys and and stores 3 steam gifts of game of inventory.

Purchased. Not tradable but can gift them!
