well, they can release as much as they want, i wait a year or two and pick the good ones for 10€, i will never pay full price for anything from ubisoft because everything they release is full of bugs and unplayable until half a year and some patches later.

I would think that releasing them this often would just devalue their own property. Ubisoft games already plummet in price faster than the other publishers and have for years. I've always enjoyed AC, but it gets terribly boring if I'm playing it that often.
