Hmm, I have met the criteria you wrote in the post, but fail sgtools.
But I don't quite understand the algorithm shown by sgtools.
Not sure what is the issue.

For me too, I guess it's because of
real_won_region_free_nonbundled <= real_sent_region_free_nonbundled x 5
Since I never sent a nonbundled but won a nonbundled this evaluates to something like: "1 <= 0x5" which is false.
